Eugene Napoleon wears many hats. He is a two time Bestselling Author of the books Dream Real, and Reflections. A former professional football player in both the Arena Football League (AFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL). He is an inspirational speaker, and entrepreneur. He is a two time recipient of the Teacher of the Year Award in both the Jersey City Hudson County School District, and Linden, New Jersey Union County School District. Napoleon is a Special Education Teacher with 22+ years of teaching experience.
Eugene is the CEO and President of Nap Vision Entertainment, LLC. He was named the Music Executive of the Year in 2020 by RNB Soul Effect-TV. His Nap Vision Entertainment company is home to his wife, Grammy Considered, and Gold selling recording artist, Tracey Napoleon aka Ny’a. He manages her, along with Grammy Nominated music producer, and recording artist, Kenny Black “The Music Machine.” Ny’a currently has 13 #1 Hit singles, and counting in a 24 year music career.
Napoleon is a proud graduate of West Virginia University, and was a standout running back during the mid-80’s for the Mountaineers. He played on the 1988 undefeated 11-0 football team that played the University of Notre Dame for the National Championship. Eugene Napoleon was born in the Marion Gardens Housing Projects located in Jersey City, New Jersey. His late parents, Ivedell McClam, and Eugene Napoleon Sr. Provided a strong foundation of morals, character, values, and faith. He has a strong work ethic that is based on discipline, and honesty. Eugene has become one of the most successful individuals to every come out of Marion Gardens. He is humbled and grateful to God for his many blessings.

To inspire, and motivate students on the middle school, and high school levels to think critically about their future endeavors in regards to attending college.
