Individual Training
Public Speaking Training, Classes, and Workshops
Effective Presentations offers public speaking classes built around the skills that change how an audience sees and hears you. Two people at the same company can give similar presentations and get very different reactions. We show you what the stronger speaker is doing differently, break those skills down one at a time, and give you time to practice, roleplay, and get direct feedback from your trainer.
Choose from two-day in-person public speaking classes for professionals, live online classes, or private one-on-one coaching. In-person classes are limited to 10 participants, and live online classes to 6, so everyone gets substantial practice time and personalized feedback.

The method
Practice First, Not Lecture-Based
We start by learning what you want to change and having you give a short baseline presentation. That gives your trainer something real to coach.
From there, we break the speaking skills down one at a time, show you why they change how an audience responds, and give you time to practice and roleplay them. You present again using the feedback, so you can see and hear what changed.

Live Online Classes
The same workshop taught live online, with no more than 6 participants.
Private 1-on-1 Coaching

Format 01
Two-Day In-Person Public Speaking Classes
In-person classes run two full days with no more than 10 participants, so you spend most of your time speaking, not listening. You present multiple times, get individual coaching between rounds, and review video of your own delivery so you can see exactly what changed. Lunch is included both days.
Format 02
Live Online Public Speaking Workshops
Live online classes follow the same structure as our in-person workshops, with no more than 6 participants so coaching stays personal. You present on camera with a trainer watching, get feedback in real time, and try again. It is not a recorded course. See dates and details on our live online public speaking training page.
What Happens in the

Managing the Fear of
Public Speaking
When nerves show up, we work on the habits they trigger: rushing through an opening, losing your place, or filling every pause. Your trainer gives you a specific adjustment to try, and you practice it during the session. Confidence rises to the level of skill: the more specific tools you have, the less the nerves control you.
That’s why our method is broken into concrete steps rather than general encouragement:
